Last year, we hosted our first bourbon pairing dinner at Graceful Ordinary , and it sold out weeks before the door opened. The food was exceptional, the pours were even better, and the company made it something worth repeating. So we're doing it again.
The evening begins the moment you walk in, Four Roses cocktail in hand, nowhere to be but here. Five courses crafted specifically around the bourbon expressions we've chosen for the night. Each pairing is deliberate. Nothing is an afterthought.

Why Four Roses?
Most distilleries work from a single mash bill. Four Roses works from ten distinct bourbon recipes — two mash bills crossed with five proprietary yeast strains, each producing a different flavor character.
That’s not just an interesting story — it’s what makes this dinner special.
From bright and floral to rich caramel and baking spice, Four Roses offers a full spectrum of flavor. It gives both the chef and The Grotto Whiskey Club a complete palette to build intentional, thoughtful pairings throughout the evening — and we intend to use it.
This experience will be guided by Chris McDaniel, Broad Market Manager for Four Roses Bourbon, who will lead guests through each pairing, sharing insight into the recipes, flavor profiles, and craftsmanship behind the brand.
Throughout the dinner, guests will explore a curated lineup of Four Roses expressions, including a limited edition pour not typically available in standard tastings.
